1. What day is trash/recycling pickup day? 
 
  • Trash and recycling pick up is Friday, per the city of Princeton website. Please ensure the trash containers and the recycle cart are separated by at least three feet, and three feet away from obstacles such as mailboxes, fences, gas meters, and drainage ditches, and ensure there is a 16-foot clearance above your cart. Please do not overfill the cart and ensure the lid is completely closed. Overloaded carts will not be serviced. Recycling is picked up every other week. Please contact the city of Princeton to determine which weeks recycling will be picked up. You may contact them at the number 972-392-9300, option 2.
  • Trash day is every Friday, Recycle every other Friday.  
    Bulk trash day is every 4th Thursday of the month; this pick up day can be adjusted for holidays, please check the city of Princeton website for more information. 
 
2. Are there any watering restrictions per the city of Princeton?
 
  • From November 1 – March 31, spray irrigation is limited to once a once a week on any day you choose. Running spray irrigation once every 20 days is usually sufficient, or just hand watering as needed. Spray irrigation controllers should not be set to run after 10 a.m. or before 6 p.m.
 
3. If I am concerned about street parking or someone is blocking my driveway, who do I call?
 
  • The local municipality governs the streets of Sicily Laguna Azure. As such, please call the non-emergency police line for the City of Princeton at 972-736-3901 regarding any street parking concerns. 
4. Who do I call if my neighbor is making noise throughout the night (includes pet noises such as constant barking)? 
 
  • Call the local authority non-emergency line, 972-736-3901 and follow up with the HOA. 
 
5. When are assessments due? 
 
  • Assessments are due annually on January 1st, with a 30 day grace period. Please contact the HOA office if you would like to know your balance specifically.
 
6. How would I go about getting approval to install a shed/playground/pool or other change on my property?
 
  • Please download the Architectural Change Request form located under HOA > Documents > Architectural Guidelines > ACC Form and fill that out and send the completed form to info@guardianam.com.
